The vision system uses Hitachi's original high-luminance, uniform-lighting and gray-scale pattern matching Technology to assure ±0.0025mm repeated accuracy recognition of all marks, including those with surface unevenness and irregularities due to poor solder dipping precoat.

Adopting pick-up head identifying baseplate and stencil marks, can provid high standard alignment precision.

When manufacturing new type products, the auto-searching function can automatically search and identify marks from registered database while entering shape(○,□), size, color or position of marks.

This fuction automatically captures stencil recognition marks that are out of visual fields,can greatly reduce stencil setting time. So it is unnecessary to worry about the stencil forming deviation or the accuracy of stencil placement.

Searching for recognition marks at the center of the visual field enables stable recognition accuracy in any case.
